LandingKit is a small operation and this page is how you reach it. Below is how to get help, how to report something wrong in a guide, what to do in an emergency, and how the app behaves offline.
Getting help
Email hello@landingkit.app.
We aim to reply to every message within three working days. We are a small operation, so if you have not heard back after that, please send a reminder rather than assuming your message was ignored.
Reporting a wrong or missing app
Local apps change fast: services launch, close, rebrand or leave a country. If a guide names an app that no longer works where you are, or misses one that locals actually use, email hello@landingkit.app with the city, the app, and what you found. Reports from the ground are the most useful correction we get, and they go into the next pack update.
Emergency information
LandingKit is not an emergency service and we cannot help in an emergency. If you are in danger or need urgent assistance, contact the local emergency services where you are. For lost documents, arrest, hospitalisation or serious trouble abroad, contact your nearest embassy or consulate, or your own government's travel advice service.
Offline use and updates
Guides are downloaded to your device, so they work without a connection. To get a fresh copy, open the app while online and it will download any updates, which appear the next time you open it. If something in a guide looks stale, email us and say which city.
Privacy
What we do and do not collect is set out in full on the privacy page.
